ING ING GUESTHOUSE

Very nice budget Guesthouse, perfect if you are coming for diving to Koh Rong Sanloem, as diving centers are nearby. It has large, comfortable bad and well arranged bathroom. The owners were very nice and you may purchase meals from their restaurant. The stay had good price, so the value for price is simply great.

I really liked stay here so nothing to complain, but I have to write anything in this window. So WiFi was not always working and there is a bar nearby, so it may be noisy. But, the bar was always closed before midnight. The AC is extra paid, but fan was doing well, so did not have to but it.

La connexion wifi partait et revenait, donc impossible de pouvoir en profiter adéquatement. L’escalier pour se rendre à la chambre est plutôt une échelle, bonne chance pour monter vos valises si elles sont lourdes. La climatisation ne marchait pas vraiment. J’ai tenté de joindre le propriétaire pour lui dire, mais je n’ai eu aucun retour de sa part et nous avons payé pour ça, c’est très décevant. Il y a aux alentours, de meilleurs rapports qualité prix.

Location but it’s a small town, everything is in a good location. Staff were attentive to issues we raised and came and fixed them immediately.

Despite the listing on Booking.com saying the rooms have AC, when we checked in they said it was $10 extra per night. That was over half the cost of the room and absolute theft from the owners. There’s no hot water in the bathrooms. The mattress was dented so I slept on an angle the whole time. The mosquito net had huge holes in it so we got bitten to shreds. You can’t even have the power on while you’re out of the room to have a mosquito deterrent plugged in. We were there for 4 nights and they never changed the bin in the bathroom. There’s weird big vents above the windows that let in loads of light as they’re not covered by the curtains, but it’s too hot to wear an eye mask.

Really beautiful room and staff are super kind and helpful booking boat trip to other side of island and onwards travel. The restaurant is also great!

No hot water and also not good for accessibility as the stairs up to the rooms are extremely steep.
