Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed, close to the beach, restaurants, and ferry.

It was a little loud in the evenings because of restaurants and pubs close by. After 9 pm was quiet and I got good sleep.

The food prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good and cheap

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress old and unshapely, the room very hot despite the fact that there were cracks above the door/windows from which air was supposed to enter but instead only insects entered. There was a mosquito net but it was too small to cover the whole bed and also with many holes, so in fact completely useless. No hot water, no change of towels or addition of toilet paper.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We felt very welcome by the very nice staff. Our room was big enough, clean and well equiped. We definitely recommend this place to stay on this lovely island and village!!

Whole design of room was nice and clean. Mosquito net is must there but wasn't the best. Definitely to small for this size of bed

No air con. Night was terrible. Hot humid can't sleep at all.

Really well equipped and comfortable room, family running the place were lovely and helped with organising onward transport - the food in their restaurant was also very good

Just be warned that next door there is quite a loud bar which is open fairly late

Incredible location in the heart of M’pai bay which is definitely the place to be in Samloen, lovely staff, really nice room with good facilities considering you’re on an island, mosquito net as well which is very important!

They were very kind and the rooms were clean. It was so close to the beach that we were able to visit all the places were wanted to see. We did not eat there but there were great little places to eat all over..

The electricity went out almost every day but I don't think that had much to do with the guest house. The stairs were a little steep but manageable.

Lovely host couple who helped us out with tickets to Phnom Penh. The room was very clean and the owner even asked us if we wanted to switch rooms to a cooler one when that was available halfway through our stay. Good and cheap food at the restaurant.

The wifi did not work in the common areas as it said it would be on Booking. Only one socket close to the bed. The bed had two deep dents from former guests, not very comfortable.
