Nice guesthouse with a very lovely family. The location is great and rooms are small, but comfy! They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very reasonable price and good quality.

It can get warm in the room, but there is a fan.

Very close to the beach, the room was clean, the owner and his family were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They have a restaurant downstairs and we absolutely love the food. I highly recommend the pancakes.

The internet doesn’t work well. There’s a bar next door that sometimes is quite loud during the night.

Nice location, kind people and clean room. Enjoyed M'Pai Bay and will be back again soon and will definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Close to the places of interest of the town. The family that runs it is very friendly. They have also a restaurant and they prepare a delicious Falafel👌 We had a good stay. We would repeat.

Wi Fi connection was not very stable.

Really lovely family and cute kids & pets. Great location right in the centre of the village. Eat downstairs in the restaurant as well, delicious home cooked food.

The pub next door can get pretty loud and rowdy in the evenings. Not their fault of course.

The family was very nice and helpful. The guesthouse is located only a minute away from the sea, and there's a small shop just downstairs. The room was nice, with a shared balcony area with other rooms. Very good vegetarian food available, curries and falafels for example. We stayed for 8 nights and would have stayed even longer, if we didn't have to go to to mainland to extend our visas. Very warmly recommended :)

Such a sweet place in M’pai Bay, I would recommend to anyone who plans to visit Koh Rong Sanloem to go to this side of the island as well. The village has very nice community of locals and westerns that help you with everything, tell you where to go to eat and party (if up for that). We got warned by someone else that we get bored after one night in the village, but decided to stay for 5 nights in the end since it was so nice. Ing Ing offers good food (please try falafel wrap, it’s the best!), amazing Landry services (they removed stuck stain from my white dress) and in general they are super sweet people :)

WiFi was very poor most of the time, but I think it’s just common issue everywhere in the island.
