English speaking, friendly family staff. Perfect location 50 metres from the Mekong and many restaurants.

I Can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

I like my individual room, cozy and clean. Location by the river was also good. They helped me rent a motorbike for a reasonable price. The guy on the desk was always fair and helpful.

I didn’t like my bed (too soft and old mattress) and pillow too hard. I was not happy before going there because I messaged them a few times with a couple of questions and they never replied any of my messages, they said the cannot see those messages (???) anyways it was sorted when I arrived there

So many other cleaner better and bigger rooms, for the same price elsewhere in better run guesthouses & hotels in LP. Riverside location near the centre is all it has going for it if that’s what you want.

FAKE reviews on Booking. Hard bed. Only had hot water twice. Noisy ceiling fan. Noisy traffic. Dusty inside cabinet. Kids Cats & dogs in reception.

The location on the river is lovely and easily walkable to all the places you want to visit. Plus there's loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional. The WiFi and TV are ok and there are communal drinks making facilities. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful . I extended my stay and also left my bag with them whilst I went further North for 5 nights. The staff here really make it a place worth returning to
