Terra Vivaz - Ribeira Cottage

We had a great stay at this property. The room had plenty of space and the outdoor patio, lawn and deck overlooking the brook were a wonderful addition to the property. We enjoyed the blooming flowers on the property, spending time outside relaxing at the end of the day and seeing the cows in the distance. It was quiet, private enclosed yard and close to area locations which was just what we were looking for in an apartment rental. The room was also exceptionally clean which we appreciated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a nice apartment in convenient location that felt safe and even had a gate to enter the property and then a second gate to the 3 apartments in the backyard.

We didn't love the original towels that were in the room but when they were changed out for fresh ones, we had beautiful new plush towels that were luxurious. So, we were very happy that this issue was solved on its own.

I have to admit, this was too high-class of a place for us :) Very clean, nicely decorated and we once even got a the place cleaned which we did not expect. The kitchen was well equipped; the beds were really good. There are 3 rental spaces in the house. It has a beautiful garden. The house is a bit far for a leisurely stroll to the sea or 'downtown'. But I guess that makes it quiet and everyone comes with a car. Joao is very kind, attentive and clear.

I find the parking in the house a bit challenging. But fortunately there is a wide open parking 10 meter away.

Spotlessly clean, nicely designed and cosy apartment with all the amenities. Joao was extremely welcoming and helpful.

The rental was incredibly spacious for one person and would be great for two. The beds was comfy, the pillows were soft, and the shower had high pressure and hot water. What a wonderful way to start and end a vacation!

Parking at the rental is a little bit hairy, but with a skilled driver and some luck its no big deal.

A great unit. Spacious and well put together. Lovely backyard. Parking easy. The host was extremely responsive. We stayed here for a week. Housekeeping 2x. Some lovely restaurants nearby.

The unit was perfect. Perhaps 1 week in the area is a bit too long. 4-5 days is about right.

A very well designed modern unit, with all the amenities for a 3 night stay. On site parking was much appreciated.

The cows were quite noisy! But it’s a semi rural location so that was to be expected. The property is a 10-15 minute drive from the centre of Ribiera Grande and as a consequence local restaurants are few and far between.
