Garden Guest House

Mina and his team were extremely welcoming and very friendly throughout my short 5-day stay. I had wanted to stay longer however they were fully booked out. No surprise given the spotlessly clean, spacious room with a nice balcony looking out onto the very lively Soi Boomerang.

The food was exceptional and the lovely staff so lovely and welcoming, they helped me get around Pattaya and made me feel very happy. My room was the best room I’ve stayed in the whole of Thailand (Ive been travelling for the last month) best service at such a low cost!

The Aussie owner/host ensures you have a great time. Very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are big, cleaned everyday, fridge, microwave and king bed. It is handy to the night life and shopping facilities.

I found the property to be very good value for money

The staff are amazing

I had the room on the top floor, the 3rd. There are 2 rooms per floor. Although there are many bars around, it was quite quiet in this room.

The shower drain probably doesn't have a siphon. It smells a bit bad sometimes. However, this is often a problem with plumbing in Thailand.

Location was great in the middle of everything Staff were so friendly and the bar downstairs is lovely nice music and freindly staff and customers Very very clean room cleaning service every day Tea and coffee fresh daily Room was absolutely huge! So nice and comfy sofa

If you are a early bird and want to go sleep early this or in fact anywhere in Pattaya central will be difficult for you as music till 4 am - this wasn’t a problem for us but just be mindful The pressure on shower could be better
