The room was very spacious and clean. Great location as well! You can’t ask for more for this price. But the best thing about this accomodation was its personnel. They will become your second family. Recommend 💯

The property was everything that I expected. I did my research online and it was up to my expectations. Very surprised. It is right in the action but not too busy was extremely clean rooms. The owners and staff treat you as a family member I had such a great time.

What I found I liked about the property was that you could have a great time and not be hassled by some of the things that go on in Pattaya. Your room is clean daily spotless. The staff are on a next level go out of their way to help you with anything , I spent several nights talking with the owner. He is only going to improve on what there is. Can’t wait to go back.

"Good accommodation in Pattaya"

Very spacious room, all necessary furniture and amenities (expect toiletries). Nice bed, work table, TV. Extra sofa, separate space for clothes. Best value for money for me for such room.

Noisy because of the bard up to 3-4 AM. Could be a bit cleaner. WiFi on the 4rd floor is not good.
