"Not worth the price"

The pool was nice and very very friendly workers

Basic amenities like water were paid. Rooms not clean and poorly maintained. Property still under construction with not enough staff to maintain it well.

Rooms were very bad , smelling room, and there was very bad mattress and bedsheets.

"Great view and location,poor rooms and service"

Location and views, staff was helpful and tried to help as much as they can. Booked different rooms but they arranged room together as we were 4 families. Swimming pool was good. Very peaceful place.

Some rooms were smelly and lacks ventilation. We didn't get enough towels for two days.Bathroom was also small. Food was OKiesh.

An exceptional stay with one of the best views in Madikeri. The location is perfect, being very close to Raja’s Seat. The hospitality truly stands out—any request or issue is handled promptly and with care. The food was also delicious and added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
