The location was good the view was brilliant from the property

It's a scam in name of 3 star..pls don't go by review the property owner is fraud..The rooms lack basic hygiene and the washroom was infested with cockroach ..There was no fan no ac in room and for a cup of tea or breakfast I was told to wait until 9.30 am in morning..The owner leveraging such app like booking.com etc to dupe people

Had a great stay at kollanalloor guest house. Manju took great care of us and was great with many languages. The food ( pork, mix veg gravy, aloo jeera, breakfast spread etc) we had there ( except for poha)was amazing ( kudos to the chefs). They arranged for Nevin, a local auto driver, who was very sweet and kind. He took very reasonable charges for local travel. The view from the common balcony and the pool were breathtaking. If you are a budget traveller who are looking for a great place worth the money to stay in madikeri, be sure to check it out.

The only hitch in our stay was on the first day, when there was a thunderstorm and power went off... But everything else was great.

I really liked how they have designed the property around what people actually imagine when they think of a vacation. It matches exactly what I was looking for – a beautiful mountain view and a swimming pool with the best possible view. The place feels just like a perfect holiday spot.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the property; it felt unhygienic. Even though there were many staff members around, there was no proper focus on maintaining hygiene. Breakfast was served very late, and they cooked very little food even though there were around 10–15 guests. The meal they served was too salty, and it seemed like they did not have a proper person to manage the kitchen and meals. The property looked messy all the time. We partied only till 10:30 pm and woke up at 8 am, but the plates, glasses, and bottles were still lying around. It was all very unclean.
