"Pick a room above ground and you will be fine."

We were very excited to stay here. We had one room upstairs and one below ground. The one below ground was so damp that the sheets were damp. When we arrived, the dehumidifier was full so we can only assume it had not been emptied in a while. If you can get a room above ground I would recommend but the ones below ground were musty and humid. The rating is a combination of the 2 rooms. Separately the above ground and 8.5, Below ground about a 4. The host was wonderful though.
