En general, ME ENCANTÓ la estancia: súper acogedora, comodísima, muy limpia... Además, me hizo el tremendo favor de instalarme una mini nevera porque llevaba comida.

Lo único que no me gustó fue la actitud del encargado al creer contar con él para organizar mi viaje de vuelta y ENCIMA del stress que tenía con ese tema por no contar con internet por culpa de mi compañía telefónica, darme a entender que podría haber acudido a él un día antes cuando durante ese día hasta las 16:00 de la tarde estuve en Florencia y ya habíamos QUEDADO el día posterior, uno antes de irme...?? En cuanto a su respuesta, Roberto, no me ha gustado tampoco q haya añadido algunas cosas falsas: NO estaba ansiosa por viajar sola ni de broma, sino por no tener internet para planificarme (entre otras cosas). Segundo, NO me llamó el día anterior, YO lo hice a través de otra persona ya q tampoco podía hacer llamadas. En fín, aparte de este percance (porque para mí un recepcionista debería estar más tiempo presente), fantástico.

I highly recommend avoiding this property. The host is extremely unprofessional and actively took advantage of us. 1. Poor Hygiene: Upon arrival, we found a long strand of hair on the pillow that did not belong to us. The room was not properly cleaned. 2. Hidden Fees: We booked a "Double or Twin Room" and requested a twin setup. However, the host demanded an extra €10 for a twin room—something never stated during the booking process. Since it was non-refundable, we were forced to settle for a double bed. 3. Overcharged: The Booking.com page clearly states that the late check-in (after 8pm) fee is €20. Yet, the host forced us to pay €25. 4. Awful Hospitality: The host was entirely inflexible with the check-in time, complaining that he "had to go eat" and lived far away, completely ignoring the fact that we were paying customers who were already paying an extra fee for his time (after 8pm arrival). This place is dishonest and run by an opportunistic host. Do not book here.
