Location to centre of town was great. Clean.

They tried to charge us the taxes separately upon arrival, we had to point out to them that this was already included as part of the amount already paid - showed booking.com. There was conjecture. I contacted host (as was not greeted by them) but got no response. Did not pay, disappointed that did the right thing but got no response. Lift was Out of Order, we were 7 flights up. Should of got some discount. 7 flights is a lot to climb when one is a tourist and already walking all day. Was offered free towels- ummmm no, they are already included in price.

Nothing! I didn’t stay one min there.

They lied that they had an AC. It was 40 degrees and it was impossible to stay there in that heat. The property manager was so rude and unhelpful. He confirm with me on WhatsApp that there was an ac but then when I arrived there wasn’t an ac. I had to book another place with different platform. Never I will use booking.com never ever!
