The location is great. The apartment is well equipped, and the terase is definitely a plus. We really enjoyed our stay and we want to come back for sure.

The process for self checkin is not really easy, and the communicatiwas was not the smoothest.

Very straightforward collecting the keys from the agent and clear instructions given on how to get to the apartment. Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is in a gated very secure complex. Fantastic views from the huge comfortably furnished private roof terrace. A very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good showers and comfortable beds. Secure underground car park. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the station for trains to the Cinqueterre.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Modern apartment, the location was fantastic, a few minutes walk into town and the beach and the agency where you collect/drop off the keys. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Very light and airy in the living area/kitchen. The sleeping quarters (downstairs) were extremely spacious, bathrooms again were spotlessly clean. At check-in we were provided with a plug-in wifi device (at no extra charge) which worked fine.

I'd just say that the staircase was a little difficult to get the suitcase down, and maybe not the best for really young children either, although we were all fine (adults plus children 12 and 8 years). The one TV was in one of the bedrooms and not either of the living areas.

Apt was clean with new furnishings and appliances. Location was tricky to find since we came in after hours and was only given an envelope with keys, with brief directions.

Supplies were sparse, i.e. trash bags, dish washer soap, so we notified the agency that they were needed and they promptly attended to our needs.

Nothing good to declare. Maybe just the fact that they did have one adaptor for the plug-in of my laptop (Italian ones are different)

Terrible experience at finding this place. To their defenders I did receive some written instructions (a sort of map in a locked mailbox at a completely different point in the town) but very poor ones. I struggled for 1.5 hours from 23:00 to 00:30 to find it. I did try to call the accommodation a dozen of times but they simply did not bother to pick up the phone (it is true, late in the evening, but they knew that their guest was supposed to arrive late, as I had announced them). The next day, for check out, the cleaning ladies started banging my door at 11:10 roughly. I said I needed 10 extra minutes which they accepted but later started banging my door again exactly 10 minutes later. I rushed out with wet hairs, I hope I didn’t forget anything. Terrible customer service / client care. Also no Wi-Fi. By far the worst experience I ever had in booking in many many years. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

Great location and size of accommodation- just a short walk to town and to the beach

The wifi box provided didn’t work so we had to get replacement, the air conditioning unit in the main living area leaked badly onto the floor and there was no soap or toilet paper on arrival (but was rectified when we mentioned it).

The apartment is very big and comfortable. A kitchen is well equippped. Additionally there is a microwave oven and an electric grill. A bed in a bed room is comfortable. There is a huge terrace with one sofa, two armchairs, a tabel and chairs. A garage is available. There is an elevator in the building. It's comfortable when you need to take your luggage from a car to the apartment. The building and an apartment are new. The building is quite close to the beach. Ladies in the office are super kind, they explain everything and are eager to help when there is any problem. All in all it was a very pleasant stay in this comfortable apartment and beautiful town.

One has to pay additionally for a garage ie. 20 EUR per day. Generally this problem concerns the whole town - parking places are very expensive. A sofa is comfortable only for one person. The other side of the sofa is too hard to sleep on it. Two fixed air conditioners ie. in a living room and in a bed room are not efficient enough. Maybe they need some repair. There is one additional, portable air conditioner that works very well. The light on the terrace is out of order. We needed to change a router to get the access to the internet. It turned out several of them were out of order (poor data transfer). Router should have been checked by the staff before.

Nice modern well equiped two bedroom apartment. Girls at the agency were very helpful and offered excellent restaurant suggestions.

Air con didn’t seem to work. Church bells chiming every 15mins all night long is a negative not the fault of the owners. A little far from the station.
