Quite spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. Great location near town and beach. Balcony with nice view at back

Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work but we managed without. No room cleaning, clean towels etc for the 6 nights we were there. Was a small fridge but would have been good to have a few other facilities eg kettle/ coffee/ cups/glasses Also only 1 chair on balcony. Shower gel/soap in plastic sachets rather than dispensers which would be better for environment etc

lovely light 1 bedroomed flat. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. nice little balcony to sit on for a morning cup of coffee and listen to the church bells.

The bathroom was open plan to the main bedroom and the main bedroom had no lock. Not much privacy.

"Probably not the best place."

Location is good New inside People in renting office are very nice!

1. No cups of any kind and no coffee machine 2. WiFi is not usable. I changed the box twice with the same result. Not usable! 3. No room cleaning services, no daily fresh towels. I think for a beach vacation it’s essential because no matter what the sand gets everywhere. 4. No safe.

"All in all, it was a great stay with a few bumps! We would definitely stay there again with a large group!"

The property was perfect for a group of 3 couples with each our bedroom. It had a great rooftop area for morning coffee and evening drinks. The parking garage was definitely a plus where we didn’t have to worry about finding a parking space. it was walking distance to everything in town. Perfect home base to explore Cinque Terre!

Poor directions by hostess as to how to connect to wifi. Apparently there was a box in the drawer of a desk the you had to plug in an outlet to connect. Also, they don’t turn on the air condition until June! It was scorching in there!!

Central location of the property, close to the beach, cleanliness of the room and sheets

The room was very small for 2 persons and luggage, no kitchenette to have hot drinks especially hot milk for 2 year-old toddler ( we had to ask for a kettle put on the floor when put on), noisy neighbors (we could hear everything), too small bathroom with almost dismantled furniture (which can be quickly fixed..), I cannot say that staff was very smiling, at least at me.. To sum up, the double room is good only if you are alone or 2 adults staying for one night - no more. I was very disappointed.
