ITThe room was big and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Water and heater were provided. Good air conditioning.
The bathroom, though private, was accessible only passing through a corridor. The room is a third floor with no lift.
FRI liked the communication and fast response of Giuseppe and that there is coffe available. The place is beautiful and clean. There is plenty of space and light. I loved that .
I did not like that there is no elevator, but that is previously advised.

NLLovely place, nicely decorated, attention to detail and care. You can see that they put effort in the place. Feels safe and homely.
The bathroom had some mold due to poor ventilation. I would advise to improve ventilation and remove the mold / re-paint. Besides that, you could see that they clean properly.

FIGiuseppe was very kind and welcoming. The communication went smoothly. He speaks Spanish which facilitates a lot! I was able to leave my backpack before the check-in, that was very helpful. The location is great, you can walk to the city centre in ~10-15 min and there are plenty of bus connections to the beach ~10-20 min.
FRThe room and bathroom are nice and very clean. The location is perfect from my point of view, we could park not so far, and go to the city cented by walk.
