MTGiuseppe, the owner was very helpful, sending us information and making sure we have everything we need. The apartment is very clean and roomy. A nice terrace to use and the retro decor was great.
Even Though we knew there was no lift, having to climb 3 flight of stairs to reach the apartment after a long day out is always a feat. Parking can be a bit of an issue.

It would be nice to have a portable stovetop to heat up food and a few basics like small pots & pans. There isn’t a sink in the kitchen, you need to wash veggies or fruit & clean dishes in the bathroom sink.

SILoooooved the place ❤️ Spacious, lovely furnished, lots of interesting decorations. We had our own balcony. They even provided free coffe, tea and umbrellas for the beach. Location perfect, right in front of the building is a bus stop and you can walk to town centre. Host was nice and helpful...
INI recently stayed at Guest House Buen Aire and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was cozy and well-maintained and the cleanliness of the entire guest house was impeccable.
There was a sink issue in the washroom initially, but the owner promptly addressed and resolved it.
