"It was okay"

The staff on arrival were friendly.

The advertisement on booking.com features heavily spa facilities but these are only available to those who occupy a suite. This is a bit of misleading. We were expecting a nice breakfast having seen previous reviews, but this again was a letdown. Many of the options needed to be replenished and this took some time. The pastries weren't of a particularly high quality. The balcony was only a Juliet balcony which scrapes the definition of a balcony. We were expecting a facility that we could sit out on.
