- Accoglienza da parte dello staff. - Possibilità di pagare la tassa di soggiorno con la carta, insieme alla camera. - Rapporto qualità\prezzo altissimo. - Colazione, un'ottima granita alla mandorla con panna e briosche calda. - Camera ampia e comoda. - L'ambiente, un palazzo storico ben conservato e ammodernato. - Presenza di un ascensore (anche se un po' lento), non scontato in un edificio storico.

- Non si trova vicinissimo né a piazza Duomo (10 min a piedi), né alla stazione, né agli imbarchi (20-30 min a piedi). - La lunga e larga via in cui si trova non mi è sembrata particolarmente vivace (pochi bar, ristoranti, negozi, ecc...)

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, posizione strategica per visitare la città, servizio colazione eccezionale.

Personalmente penso che la struttura necessiti di una rinfrescata generale e la sostituzione di alcuni elementi usurati (es. doccino, infissi).
