Amazing traditional breakfast kept me going all day. Staff were amazing and helpful. Was a great location and easy to get around. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful traditional ryokan with a wonderful host in a very central location close to bus stops, cafes and restaurants. Facilities are well kept and clean. Drying room is excellent. Room was spacious with very comfortable futon beds. Showers/bathrooms are shared but have individual stalls for privacy. Breakfast was 10/10. We will be back!

Great accommodation which is located close to the town / lifts. The best thing was the beds. The duvets were so comfortable and the beds just felt so cosy after a big day on the snow.

Overall, the room was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding and basic amenities (wardrobe, sink, safe, etc). Rooms warm and well insulated. Common facilities were standard with renovated showers (which were amazing). Laundry onsite. Overall, the offering is a basic budget accom with minimum amenities.

No common area or facilities to work comfortably (breakfast area locked after breakfast). Resorts lift discount was relatively small compared to other resorts (perhaps out of their control). A couple of FYI's that may not clear from the listing: no onsen, host doesn't speak English and entire premises locked after 11pm (can't get back in if you stay out late).

The best stay we had in Japan. Super comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, and extremely nice family running the place. The location is great. Central but not in the noisy part of town. There is a lovely onsen 1minute away and you can easily walk to the slopes.

Very good location right in the middle of the town with food and amenities. 750m walk to the Nagasaka gondola.

For the price paid would have expected a toilet in the room.

El hotel era atendido por la dueña, la atención fue increíble. Siempre buena predisposición, y amabilidad. El desayuno era regional muy abundante y sabroso. Muy cerca de la estación de bus. Sin duda volveríamos.
