Tobei

Vi tyckte väldigt mycket om Tobei! Vårt rum var autentiskt japanskt med otroligt sköna sängar som hade fantastiskt mysiga sängkläder och fluffiga täcken. Duscharna verkade nyrenoverade och blev som en liten egen oas eller ångbastu efter en lång dag i skidbacken. Vi åt ägarens frukost två morgnar och älskade den! Den bästa japanska frukosten vi åt under vår resa. Vi uppskattade även de små korgarna och handdukarna som vi/alla gäster fick låna med sig till att bada Onsen (och närmsta onsen ligger knappt 100m från boendet).

We absolutely loved staying here. The couple who owned the place were so helpful and kind to us. It isa 5 minute walk to the Shinden bus stop which made it super easy for luggage and taking the bus. Town is so close and there are 2 onsens within a 5 minute walk. The beds were so comfy and we loved that there was a heater in the room, we were never cold. The drying room for all the gear in the basement was such a nice touch. 100% recommend and we will be staying here again upon our return:)

沒有電梯，行李要用搬的，還好只要搬一樓，但對於滑雪後全身酸痛的人來說，很辛苦😅 但想要保有舊式建築結構，又想要有電梯，是很難兩全的

Nothing! Was perfect

We had a large Japanese style room to ourselves after family members cancelled on us and we had to keep the booking. The showers worked well and everything was super clean. Mizuho's Japanese style breakfast was a highlight every morning. The slopes are 10 minutes away and it is a nice warm up walk up the hill, we never took the bus. Saying that, we did leave our gear at our ski rental so we did not have to carry it. Walking in to town to the onsen and dinner was a nice outing every night. I injured my hand and I was helped by the family so nicely and taken well care of.

Being in our mid 50's and pretty sore after first days of skiing it sometimes would have been nice to have seating with back support in the room. But that's a minor 'luxury'.
