Clean, fully equipped, and lovely. Lorenzo and MaryJo were incredibly helpful with transportation, to and from Rome and airport.

Not a criticism, but didn't realize everything was up a flight of stairs, with no lift.

Very convenient stopover as close to the airport. And owner does airport transfers for $20 each way. Service was excellent, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was fine and breakfast was ok. Self service, and simple. Free tea & coffee. Would stay there again.

It's in a residential area so nothing to see but can walk to Tiber River and beach.

They were very welcoming and I really appreciated the ride to the airport early the next morning.

Good location to the airport and extra added bonus that an airport pick up was available for an extra 20 euros.

Your bathroom facilities were not ensuite - although it was designated for your room only you had to go across the public area of the breakfast and kitchen to access this. It should be made clear in the description notes for the room in question.

Great overnight before early morning flight. Great shuttle service; very attentive and helpful hosts, including pizza delivery! Would stay here again.

Not far from airport. Taxi and transfer from hotel is required =25EUR each trip. This place is in residential area, no public transportation.

Hôtel is actually the house. We need to wait till the owner comes to open the door 10-15mins. Room number 1 iwas booked with private bathroom. But the bathroom is outside the bedroom!. This info is not well informed on BOOKING.COM, If we knew this, we won't take this room. . The bathroom has no hair dryer, Breakfast is plain too simple, dry bread, cookies, juice box and coffee. No milk, no butter. This can be better with the paid price.. Location is Ok for just one night!! no restaurant nearby. Pizza delivery is possible with , 20-30mins waiting time.

The location was somewhat remote, but owner directed us to Lady Rosa, wonderful restaurant in walking distance. He also shuttled us to Airport early in the morning. Room was comfortable and secure.

The yard area needed a cleanup, we were unable to sit outdoors after a long train trip, which was a disappointment after the glowing online photos. The self serve breakfast of packaged biscuits, yogurt, cereal, coffee, sparse fruit was just okay. Instant drink containers were empty, no tea.

Location and owner/staff was very helpful and the continental breakfast was well stocked.

The shower could have been cleaner and the mattress pad was stained…you could see it through the sheets.

Lorenzo and Mary Jo were super helpful. The room and facilities were great for the price. It was close to the airport. They provided a paid shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Rome for a short time and needed a place close to the airport.
