Clean and basically comfortable. Very nice shuttle driver Bathroom ok. Reasonable price

Photos of exterior misleading. Grounds overgrown with junk strewn about. Not really a hotel; more of a boarding house. Breakfast was a basket of snack food. Thin walls. Easy to hear people in next rooms

I like the option that host offer transfer from the airport. It is so comfortable.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. First bed and pillows we had in Italy that weren't rock hard.

Room was cold and we needed to keep the Air conditioning/ heater on all night. It was noisy and kept us awake. The room is VERY small. We had to open our luggage on the bed then close it for the night so we could sleep. The photos on booking.com show a breakfast table with fruit, meat and a selection of.fresh pastries. All we got was cereal, milk and store bought packaged sweets. Don't choose this place for the breakfast. We had excellent breakfasts at all the other B&Bs in Italy.

Decent shared living room. Friendly host (but can't speak English expect for a few words). Good garden. Reliable internet. A showerhead and hair dryer that work (actually very rare). Reliable shuttle service.

I booked the room with one queen bed and one small bed, and the small bed is not a bed at all! It's a mattress on top of some random supports, very uncomfortable. Badly designed shower that gets water everywhere. Nearby restaurants all close when google map shows they should be open. The only one open (Rose's Pizza) all booked up when we got there.
