Great for our one night stay before flying out of Rome. Room was a good size ,very clean and breakfast/coffee was provided. Was within walking distance to shops/restaurants. Hosts were both great, very informative and responsive. Private transfer from the hosts for a small fee to and from the airport was perfect. Will definitely book again.

It's a great place for overnight. We booked the room to be close to the airport, since our flight was early in the morning. Massimo and Lorenzo offered us a shuttle to/from airport for 20 eur. The airport is very near, just 10-15 min with a car. We had a great breakfast with Lorenzo before we left for the Airport. Just to note if you are coming from Rome like us, please be aware that it is really hard to reach to the house by public transportation. We thought it would be easy. You need first to go to the airport and then arrange the shuttle that Massimo and Lorenzo are offering. It's the most convenient way. Massimo was really nice, speaking English and answeres all of our questions and concerns how we can get to there. The best service we ever had travelling, especially considering that most of the rooms we wanted to book first didn't wanted to answer even one simple question and didn't spoke Italian. I know they protect their lang, but it's a world top destination and we can't all speak Italian🙂 Overall great place to stay before your flight.

Spacious clean room . Lorenzo was very friendly and accommodating. Bed and pillows were comfortable so we had good needed sleep before long flight ❤️

15 minutes to the aiport by car. The shuttle service works very well, even after midnight. The shuttle driver is a nice person.

Bathroom could be inside de room. To access the bathroom you have to get the room out, pass through the dinner room and kitchen, that are of common use among the guests.

I made a booking for this property, but when we got there, we didn't receive what it was stated in the property description. The so called private bathroom was in a separate part of the building, with key access and you had to go through the dining and kitchen area to reach it. Everything in the kitchen was very dirty, and the kettle was full of calcareous water. We arrived very late at the property and because of this we had to stay for the night, but we discussed with the owner and we told that we don't like the conditions and that this is not on what we agreed on. He told us that he will try to change the room for us the next day. But that was not the case and so, we decided to leave, and the owner initially agreed to refund the money for the rest of the days that we didn't spent there. All seemed fine, but after we left, he changed his mind and doesn't want to refund and he's in total silence or sending me phrases in italian with no sense at all. So over all, I do not recommend this at all. I am sorry that a vacation that supposed to be fun, got bitter booking the wrong property.

The pick up driver was great. . .

The breakfast offered was not good. A few twinkies and other junk food was not what we expected. The a/c was not good. No A/C in the common room, so you had to stay in the bed room. We had booked a return night after trip but canceled it.
