Kongkeo Guesthouse

Kong and his family are very friendly. Did the Plain of Jars tour with Kong, he is knowledgeable and always learning more about the tour sites.

Bathroom / Toilet / Shower was small.

Mr Kong is a wonderful guide, helpful and very knowledgeable in the history of Laos, but also very knowledgeable in current global news. A pleasure to spend a day with him and above all to talk to him (he speaks English very well). The guest house has everything you need and a beautiful common area. Super recommended.

Cozy little guesthouse in Phonsavan +they have every evening a campfire for all guest. You can have a beer and meet other guests + it was clean and restaurants are close by + you can also rent scooter via the guesthouse +they were always friendly and helpful if you have a question

Very nice accommodation and the owners are so lovely. The fire at night is perfect, where we can share good moments with everybody

Kong was a great host. He's very accomodating, and he's very funny too. He's the best!

Everything was very very nice. It is a guest house, not a 5 star hotel so I judge it accordingly; for what it is, it is comfortable, super clean, there is a very nice common terrace, wifi is FAST.... The staff is super nice, our checkout time was extended into the afternoon when we had to leave for the airport.... they suggested it, not us! 😁 Location is great, many restaurants nearby Highly recommended!

Nothing not to like.

Kong and his family are the most welcoming hosts!!! The garden rooms are clean and beaitiful, its in a great location just behind the main road. Every night the family light a fire (in an old empty bombshell) in a shared outdoor kitchen for guests to sit around and mingle or relax. Cheap beers available, lots of good food options nearby. Can rent scooters from Kong to go out to jar sites. Such a great place and such a beautiful family. Will definitly return next time we're in Laos.
