I was taking the overnight bus from Bishkek to Karakol and wanted to make sure I could check into a room at 6am. I communicated with the property about having booked the room, but not arriving until the next day and they were understanding and accommodating.

The room was very comfortable and private. Breakfast every morning was varied and lovely. Staff was great. I don’t speak Russian, but we got by with the app when necessary. Very kind and very clean. Keeping in mind the price, Argo is fantastic if you are traveling solo or with a pal.

Booking wouldn’t let me reserve my room for the full length of my stay, so I booked in several smaller chunks in order to keep the loft room. Very comfortable, great price, nice breakfast.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, die Zimmer stets sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, bei denen man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – zahlreiche Cafés sowie das Zentrum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
