Argo Guest House

This was my second stay at Argo Guest House. Very comfortable bed and daily freshening of the room. The breakfast was great and served at the time we preferred. Loved coming back in the evening to robust Russian singing in the breakfast room on one of the days.

I would have like a table to sit at with my computer to do work.

This accommodation is situated in a quiet part of Karakol, surrounded by many countryside houses, offering an authentic country life experience. While it's a 30-minute walk from main sights like the Dungan mosque and the market where all the buses stop, there is a nice restaurant, Arzym, nearby. The staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is huge and exceptional. It kept me alive when I got sick. My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and I also had access to a common room. I could choose between a room with a king-size bed or one with twin beds. The room is cleaned every day. Although I was sick for most of my stay, I really enjoyed this place!

Wonderful hospitality! Very comfort stay.

Just because of the lady who works there named Almeria, the place gets a score of 10. Always with a smile in the morning. The breakfasts are excellent. The place is well maintained, clean, organized, hot water, quiet and green from the hustle and bustle. There is a huge supermarket right across the main road. A little far from the center. But there is public transportation No. 102 at a funny price.
