The top floor room is spacious and clean. Anou was very kind and helpful when I needed to buy some fruit and good with providing local advice.

The AC is very weak and the room is infested with ants. Anou explained it was because of the rainy season so she didn't take any action to deal with it. Originally I booked 5 nights but in the late afternoon of my second day there Anou asked if I could check out the next day so that a group of khmer people could check in. After my booking, Anou forgot to update the calendar for the whole house and a group of 6 people booked all the rooms for 20 nights. I found her proposal quite inconsiderate knowing I had a full day tour to the Angkor Wat booked the next day. I decided to check out of there for 2 reasons. The first is I don't want to stay somewhere I'm not valued as a guest. The second is I couldn't stand the ants anymore. Anou didn't charge me for those 2 nights but I had to pack again and tried to find another accommodation that night which was quite stressful. It's not nice to be in such an inconvenient and stressful situation while on holiday. So my honest opinion is, despite how nice she can be, Anou prioritises her own people and money over foreign travellers. Very unreliable. PS: there are no ants crawling at my new accommodation.

Came here 7 years ago and loved it, so when coming back to Siem Reap this year decided to stay again with Anou and it didn’t disappoint. Super clean, organized, beds were comfortable, air conditioned, big room size, with the terrace free for us to use. The host was super nice, everyday gave us fruits and cold water, cleaned the room, we had hot water in the shower and toilets super clean.

Everything was perfect. Anou is a great host; kind, caring and helpful. The breakfast was tremendous. We got selfmade things every day. Thank you for everything!

There are dogs in the neighborhood and they'll bark at you while walking in the night. Openmaps will throw you to dead ends so use Google maps instead.

Anou was kind, inviting and very helpful. We had accom to ourselves as a bunch of friends from different countries. Can swim at the local hotel, get food from local markets and only 2kms from busy Pub St by tuk tuk, excellent

We stayed at Anou’s home for four nights, and if it hadn’t been fully booked, we would’ve stayed longer. It truly felt like home—cozy, peaceful, and full of warmth. Anou is incredibly hospitable, kind, and just the sweetest person you can imagine. Words can't quite capture how lovely she is! She treated us to delicious homemade desserts and plenty of fresh fruit to snack on. We also had both breakfast and dinner there—everything was cooked with love using fresh ingredients she picked up from the market in the morning. You could really taste the care she put into every meal. She helped us arrange a scooter and even let us use her bicycles for free to explore the town. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet very quiet and calm. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean. We absolutely LOVED our stay. Huge thank you to Anou for making our time so special. Highly, highly recommended!

The location is great, just a 5 min scooter drive, tho rooms are spacious , beds very comfortable and Anou a gem. Super friendly and helpful.

The property is sparkling clean, with a very helpful host, who provides a lovely breakfast and cooks the most delicious evening meals. We have travelled to numerous countries and can honestly say that this is the very best guest house (or hotel) we have ever stayed in. Exceptional - we can highly recommend this property to any potential travellers, you will not be disappointed - outstanding value! Anou is a very kind and helpful host and will go out of her way to help you with anything you need

There was nothing that we didn’t like it was perfect.

The hostess is what makes this property special. Everyone enjoyed her meals that she served. She has reliable, trusted contacts in the city, which gave her the ability to help us with anything I needed motorbikes or tuck tuck rides. I especially enjoyed the balcony. Her guest house is also located in the middle of a neighborhood with all the children, which made it very special
