The location and view are just like in the pictures. You can indeed see the full bridge from your breakfast table. The bridge is only a five-minute walk away, so there's no need to wake up super early to beat the heat and crowds. You can see many animals sitting at the balcony. The breakfast is substantial and was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. Bonus tip: check the late night train which goes out from the tunnel for stunning lights. I would recommend you to stay 1-2 nights only but just because of the distant location. Everything else was as expected!

The place is very far from the city center; you will need to walk for about 40 minutes to get there, or expect to pay 2,000 rupees for a tuk-tuk. If you decide to walk, be aware that the terrain is steep and the walk is not easy. Bring a headlamp with you because it is pitch dark along most of the road after sunset.

The lady who manages the booking was super kind and very helpful. She even helped us carry our luggage up to the tuk tuk The nine arch Bridge is only 5mins walking from the room. The nature was wonderful to l9ok at. We could see the train going from our room. It was beautiful! Be sure to know that your car will not go down from the main road. You will have to get down and order a tuk tuk as the road is very very narrow.

"Great View and Very polite, kind and helpful hostess🥰"

10.0

Extremely cozy house, amazed by the wonderful view from the balcony on Nine Arche Bridge. You can see a train passing just 500 meters away🚇The feeling is incredible. Amazed by the hospitality of the hostess.Breakfast and food are very tasty. The hostess cooks with all her heart.Fresh fruits every morning, watermelon juice, lovely Sri Lanka Egg Hoppers, The avocado that grows right on the tree near our bungalow was my favorite. The hostess served me one every morning. When we left, she gave me one as a gift. It was touching.❤️ The room was clean and tidy, there are towels, soap, toilet paper, even a hairdryer.🙃 At night there is a feeling of a real Jungle. The sounds of insects and various animals don’t subside. There are also cute dogs and a cat that created a feeling of home comfort with their presence. Highly recommend.Definitely come back⭐️😍

"Best view ever"

10.0

The best view I have ever seen! The terrace is facing the famous bridge and the jungle. There's nothing better than to wake up in the morning and watch the fog accending up to the trees. The cabin is very nice and comfortable. The host was very friendly. The breakfast and the dinner were huge and very tasty.

Wi-fi lost signal from time to time, probably due to heavy rains.
