The location is super convenient!! It's litterly in front of the morning market! Plus it's walking distance to night market and food court too. We love it!!!! Mali and Andy, the owner and his staff, were super nice !! We will return and recommend this place differently!!!

We just love Mali House! So we don't have anything bad to say!!

It was everything the reviews mentioned - very well located (5-10 mins from pretty much all the cool stuff), clean, comfortable, tastefully designed, enjoyable to stay in. A lot of effort obviously went in to create a great experience. I'll mention something no one else has - the fan. The ceiling fan is extremely beautiful. The host Andy is friendly and very helpful - in addition he even went out of his way on his work day to surprise me on my birthday with lunch at a very classy nearby restaurant. What else could a traveler possibly want. Bonus: there's a Very cute cat who hangs out in the garden sometimes.

I had to leave, that sucked.

Location was amazing for 3 days. It's a short walk to the night market and right in the middle of the morning market! Andy was very hospitable and provided local recommendations on what to do... I particularly enjoyed the local omelette he recommended right on the waterfront... :)

Perhaps an additional ledge / space in the bathroom to put a toiletry bag

The owner is very kind and helpful for me. Air conditioning works well (below 23℃ requires additional cost.). He treated me a cup of Laos style coffee and arranged a transportation to the airport. The driver is very polite and the vehicle is comfortable. The location is very good especially when you stroll around morning and night markets. We can refill purified water on the first floor.

Something was wrong with the toilet. I stayed on the second floor and toilet didn’t flush because of the shortage of water. So I had to refill water with shower.

In the heart of the morning market (but no issues with noise tho!), the location was perfect to wander around Luang Prabang. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the balcony was cute and the beds were so comfortable: we slept like babies! Andy, the host, was very accommodating and super friendly. They also sell coffee and delicious fresh juices in front of the house!

An excellent property in a fantastic central location! A fascinating morning market right in front of the house. Very clean, superb AC, hot water. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Delicious freshly made coffee. Highly recommend!
