Nam Ou River Lodge

The location was amazing. Overlooking the river. Good value.

Very basic accomodation. Could hear everything from room above.

Shower luke warm, could hear everything next door

Beautifully located next to the River, nice outside seating area, one minute away from the Great SaRa Café, 12min to bus station

door was not fully closing on the top, VERY poorly soundproofed, as Hotel guests we could get breakfast one day because they already another group scheduled??, for Bus Tickets and room payment the receptionist always told us to come the next day again (lazy Host/service)

Location and very good room. Long shared balcony.

Wifi in the rooms further from reception hardly works. As it is cold at night in winter it would be nice to be able to sit inside and organise things. There is not always someone at the reception, most of the time it is a kid or teen. Friendly but not really understanding what one needs. Hot water per electrical switch but there was some lukewarm water at the most.

Wonderful river views from the balcony, everything nice and clean :)

Great overall, good location, kind service, amazing view. The water drainage in the shower is not good, and there is no hot water unless the flow is weak.
