nice location, face the river room very comfortable

Location location location. Right on the river. Ten minutes walk from the center of town, but shops and restaurants close by.

No breakfast. Terrace needs rebuilding.

Great location, beautiful stars at night, responsive owner. Had AC so we were happy, and we didn’t expect this. For Nong Khiaw and the price, it had everything we expected.

No AC in the room, only a ceiling fan. No breakfast options.

Pillow very hard and bathroom shower head was broken but honestly minor things and we really enjoyed our stay

fab location a short walk to restaurants bars etc but it was super quiet here and beautiful view of the river- maybe bring a torch to walk home at night though! best bed in Laos for me. Mr Mang, the owner, also runs a bunch of tours. we didn't get a chance to try one this time but he was incredibly helpful for booking bus transfer but also renting some kayaks just for a little paddle. all staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. I would stay again for sure!

There is someone already in the early morning making awful noise by hoiking and spitting around. Its not nice to wake up with that sound
