Kandy Eco Retreat

Staff was good.

Very dirty linens, malfunctioning bathroom fittings, smelly bedsheets and pillows.

Beautiful place under the trees. We saw so many birds. The guy running the place was so kind!! Wonderful breakfast. I had a very nice treatment. Only spent a night, but it was lovely.

Location - like being in the jungle retreat near the city. Personal was very friendly and trying to accommodate my vegan and special diet

A bit dark and slightly damp. Shower didn’t have warm water at all times. Room overall (curtains, furniture) need some clean from dust. But all worth the price.

We loved this place and will definitely recommend it further! It feels like a little jungle with many birds and small animals. Comfortable room and bathroom with a warm water. Amazing breakfast served right in front of your room. Very friendly and helpful host. Yoga classes on the top floor - a cherry on the top of a cake! We liked it so much that decided to book an additional night. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

Amazing place, a little oasis in the busy city. Cottages are nice and comfortable, our host was really kind and made an excellent breakfast for us.

The location and ambiance.

Our host was great and helped us with anything we needed. The place is located in the jungle and very beautiful and idyllic. It is bit outside of Kandy but definitely worth the little walk (about 20min) or the short ride with a tuktuk. The yoga class at the rooftop was great!

Amazing staff, yoga and treatment available on premises, but most importantly it is a quiet heaven nearby big city. Has a great atmosphere, I can highly recommend!

Sunni was the best host we have ever had. Always smiling, always helpful no matter what time of day.

The room was damp and smelled a bit. Was the worst part of the stay.
