Kandy Eco Retreat

I only stayed here for one night when I returned to Kandy to take the train so I don’t feel like I got the chance to make the most of it (didn’t have time to take a yoga class or get a massage). However as somewhere to stay it was so perfect!! Super peaceful, very comfortable and clean and a lovely breakfast and host! Would love to visit again and spend more time!

Sweetest host, wonderful relaxing location in the middle of the trees, few animals running around from time to time. They also do the various massages. A very nice place!

The breakfast was excellent. The yoga and traditional Ayurvedic massage was great.

It is really authentic. From breakfast to yoga to massages. Dont miss out the swim in the river nearby and giant bats over the river at dawn

There some ants but i consider that as authentic since there are ants all over Kandy

Host was very attentive and helpful. Always available if you needed. Nice, peaceful location. Nice to be away from the city. Nice room

The best place I stayed so far. Nested in the jungle, away from the chaos of the city, a beautiful place where to practide yoga, rest and meditate. I was sad to leave. The guy keeper is so nice, he helps with anything you ask and he is the kindest. The rooms are spacious, very clean, amazing bed and quietness. Honestly, I could have stayed there the all time. You have privacy, but also all the help you need, very good restaurants 10mins walk… A great value for money. I will come back!

Everything was perfect

Very clean and well run place. Tranquil location in a patch of jungle - nice to return to after a trip into Kandy. Lovely person running it - couldn't be more helpful. Good value.

Nothing.

Location is in some distance from the city centre. Buit makes it great place to stay, far away from crowds and noise. Yoga classes and massage available. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
