Emplacement parfait, personnel très gentil

Riad un peu vétuste (draps, serviettes élimées, odeurs d’humidité) mais reste malgré tout comfortable et d’un bon rapport qualité prix

Un sitio muy recomendable tanto por la ubicación, como por el trato. Muy limpio y acogedor. Relación calidad-precio excelente. El chavalín que curra allí es un crac.

Las almohadas. Eché a faltar alguna más.

The staff was great. The guy that is openi g the door was super kind and helpful. The place is clean, look good. They have rest place on the roof.

The room on the ground floor is not suitable for people that appreciate the good sleep, because it is facing the inner yard, where the breakfast is served, so all people are basically eating in front of your window and it is very loud. The pressure in the bathroom was changing constantly in the morning. The breakfast can be improved, it is a juice, tea or coffee and same pastry with jam and butter, so do not expect much.

This is Riad message, 2 hours before my arrive in Marrakesh: So sorry we have just discovered one over booking now. Some guests coming and we didn't expected that coming. Please this can happened anywhere and anytime. People are staying for 1 week. I can't take them outside and take them back again for one night. I wanted to give you one appartement cost more than 100eur and you don't accept my offer so please contact booong.com they will check with you. For me I will cancel the booking at 00h00 and you get your full refund ---------- They asked me to cancel the reservation, or wait until midnight and they would cancel it. So, with a 10-year-old child, I had to find a makeshift accommodation. When Booking.com called, they said THEY HAD NO OVERBOOKING, BUT THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK.

They didn't even admit to Booking that they had overbooked, so Booking.com didn't help me, and I had to find a dirty and expensive Riad on my own. But at 9:00 PM, I had no choice. DO NOT BOOK THIS RIAD.

Riad semplice e centrale,molto comodo alla piazza ... Personale gentilissimo,molto attento alla richieste e colazione sempre diversa . Forse valuterei una tenda nella doccia e c'è poca luce nella stanza, ma rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Bella la terrazza sul tetto .

Tenda nella doccia si allaga un po'. Poca luce nella stanza. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

El trato del personal muy bien y la zona céntrica y tranquila

Frío y poco luminoso, para invierno no lo recomiendo. A parte, el climatizador no funcionaba
