The Jungle View

The stay at the Jungle View was really nice, the room was comfy & our Yoga class was a 10/10! The staff was super friendly!

Breakfast was good but the portions not too big which was surprising in this country.

Located at the end of a winding lane a short walk to the beach but far enough to avoid the noise from Mirissa's busy road and crowded beaches. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We saw some monkeys and squirrels, but this was no jungle

The price is far too high for a place that is more like a room in a guest house, especially given the extensive construction work they are currently undertaking which were prominent in the view from our balcony.

Beautiful, tranquil location surrounded by trees full of monkeys. Short walk to the beach. Super friendly and helpful owners and staff. Beautiful big room with balcony. Superb yoga classes. Delicious and healthy food. An absolutely wonderful place to start our trip in Sri Lanka, thank you.

Good location, breakfast was really nice (omelettes, fresh fruit, smoothie bowls etc). Staff were pleasant and the room was clean. Yoga studio looked nice although we didn’t use it.

Provisions were basic - ie. just one bar of soap and a loo roll. Building work taking place on site, not particularly noisy but didn’t add to the atmosphere. Rooms were very dated (albeit big and clean).

Food was amazing, albeit a bit on the expensive side.

Possibility of choosing type of breakfast and localisation are awesome. Additionally it was only one place in Sri Lanka which offered us service room.

We were looking for place with yoga class. We have got an information about yoga class in message on booking before our arrival. When we arrived host told us that is out of season and there is no yoga class. Secondly unfortunately last day we saw a couple really big cockroachs. It didn’t happen in another hotels in Sri Lanka.

Excellent location!!!! uniqe place with very good people. Great breakfast. jungle atmosphere:) the rooms are simple but sufficient.

I had a lovely stay at the jungle view! I enjoyed the daily yoga session and the healthy breakfast. The beach, restaurants and cafes are a very short walk away. The host is very friendly and offers a lot of local information about what to dining the area.
