Le lit est confortable, la chambre est bien ainsi que la piscine.

Le petit déjeuné pas du tout varié, manque de fruit, pas assez de choix, l’emplacement est un peu loin du centre, l’accueil n’est pas mauvaise mais pas assez chaleureuse. Pas de parasol sur la terrasse et terrasse sans deco…

"Agréable et authentique mais pas notre premier choix sur Marrakech désormais"

Le calme, les chambres et le personnel. La possibilité de départ tardif pour compenser les soucis que nous avons rencontrés au cours du séjour.

Incompréhension à plusieurs niveaux : à notre arrivée on nous avait dit oui pour un repas le soir 3 heures plus tôt hors visiblement la cuisinière était en congé ce jour. Les masseuses étant absentes pendant l’intégralité de notre séjour nous avons voulu en faire venir, nous avons prévenu à 11h qu’elles arriveraient à 12:30 et seulement une fois sur place et en pleine installation le patron leur a demandé de repartir. Dommage et frustrant surtout que c’est « saphir & SPA » le nom de l’établissement.

Super séjour à la villa Saphir, calme bien décoré et propre . Le personnel est extrêmement gentil est toujours disponible et serviable . Un grand merci à Rachid pour sa gentillesse et bienveillance et aussi Ahmed à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux. Leur gentillesse a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable !

Tout et surtout le monsieur à l accueil foufou qui nous reçoit très bien avec du thé et des pâtisseries et le reste du personnel et la tranquillité et le calme. Vos être véhiculé car loins du centre ville.
