Access road is tricky

We had the best sleep ever at this property. Very comfortable beds with a clean and fresh cozy duvet. Bathroom was meticulously clean and the water was hot. String wifi and a spacious room with lovely furniture and a balcony. We also enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast! What made this property our favourite was the family and their generosity and kindness. You immediately feel at home from the moment you are welcomed at the gate and offered tea and ginger cookies. They went over and above to make our stay memorable.

Large, well-equipped and very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. There is also a convenient communal area with chairs and a large table. Two very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The hostess prepared a wonderful breakfast and even cooked two excellent dinners for us. Our hosts were very incredibly friendly and attentive, helped us organize our tours (they even found us a Tuk-Tuk driver for our Horton Plains outing who had an outstanding knowledge of birds) and our host personally drove us to our next destination.

The balcony is large. A small table to complement the two chairs would have been a nice touch.
