Green Villa

A short walk from the center and the beach and about 10 min walk from the bus stop, the green villa is a great escape from busy and noisy Hikkaduwa. The room is spacious and simply functional with a fan and mosquitonet, it's a very clean place and the owners are so kind. The deluxe breakfast was sooo good and the room fare is pretty low compared to many places in Hikkaduwa. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and hope to be back soon!

Quiet place in good location close to the beach. Great, clean accomodation for that price, there is a mosquito net around the bed.

Check in and out time should be defined on the Booking. After my leaving, it was not nice that the host came after me to the train station by motorbike and asked for the breakfast price, however it was included in my booking.

The location of the homestay is very nice. Not directly on the main road but still just a few minutes away from restaurants, shops and the beach. It was clean. The garden gives a nice atmosphere. I had a really good and interesting talk with Anura, the host.

Wifi didn't work very well in our room.

Kindest hosts ever! They really did their best! And breakfast was good too for a cheaper price compared to average prices in hikkaduwa.

Train noise and humidity in the room.

It was basic but clean, for one night it was ok . The staff however were brilliant , very friendly, kind, helpful from arriving to leaving . They even communicated with the airline about my lost lugage and recieved it on my behalf the next day . Anyone looking for basic accommodation , it is good . As with many of these photos on b.com they are not as seen.
