A boutique hotel located in a forested area, 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was not very rich, but it was delicious, prepared by the host. The view from the upper floor was beautiful, overlooking the forest.

The room was very dirty; there were still old, dirty tissues, hairs, and dust on the floor. The bathroom was extremely filthy.

We reached to the House of Richness around midnight. It was a warm welcome by the staff in front office area. At the morning with sunrise we visited to there garden which attached to the beautiful pasddy land. Fresh air filtering across the paddy land we relaxed after our breakfast per awhile. Really our feeling just like our home. We booked for only one night as we we were on business trip to Board of Investment at katunayake but we will definitely repeat House of Richness in future. At the checkout we asked our bill at the reception desk. We surprised the owner Mr.Ranjith Perera said that we have to pay for only room and the mouth watering local breakfast we enjoyed is free of charge for us. What a offer..! Thank you Mr. Perera to your well experience staff. We will come back. Good luck...!

This is my third visit & the location, environment are far beyond the expectations. I enjoyed my stay & the staff was very kind & helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

House of Richness is located near the airport and offers very clean rooms and comfortable accommodation. It is worth visiting the hotel without any hassle. It is a great location and the surroundings are very quiet. House of Richness is the best location to relax and spend time freely. The owner is a very kind and friendly person. We can get any help or advice we need from the owner. All the facilities including food and rooms are very clean and worth the money paid. We hope to visit House of Richness again.

The surrounding environment with its green surroundings is a free and peaceful environment. This hotel is a great place to get a comfortable sleep. The host provided us with a delicious meal and tea. The rooms and food are very clean. The honesty is 100%. I hope to come back. .🥰

Staying at House of Richness was absolutely amazing! The environment is beautiful, clean, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing after traveling. The host was unbelievably kind and helpful, offering assistance with everything we needed and even arranging a very comfortable and affordable airport transfer. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything one could need. We truly felt at home!
