House of Richness

Literally it's in a very good location & hospitality was excellent. This is my second visit & I recommend without any hesitation anyone to visit this hotel & to enjoy your holiday.

The House of Richness. A good place to stay. And a quiet and interesting green environment around. The highlight points are the tranquil environment that relaxes the mind. Host is very honest and friendly person. Breakfast was served to us with pure fresh fruit, black coffee with delicious sandwich, I really enjoyed it 😋.Very clean rooms. I felt like I was in my own home😌. I think this guest house is the best place to relax without any worries. You can discuss anything with the host because he is very friendly. This is a place where anyone who respects the environment can relax without fear. The host and staff are very helpful. I definitely hope to come back to House of Richness. I am very grateful 🫡 to Mr. Perera and the staff who provide a service that is worth more than the money we pay.

Breakfast included was the worst I had in my entire trip in Sri Lanka. You are close to airport but if you happen to stay for a day better go to Negombo metro as you will need taxis for everything.

The owner was nice and helpfull, which is characteristic of the people of Sri Lanka.

Location is far away from Negombo center there aren't any restaurante/shops or Uber/tuktuk around. The photos on Booking, don't correspond to reality. The breakfast was very bad, a dry sandwich and coffee/milk, no fruit. When i opened one empty teapot, the bottom was dirty. The breakfast area had a cabinet with pilles of dust and spider webs. The room...well, i never seen a guesthouse/homestay so dirty! Honestly it was filhty (i attach photos), filled with spider webs falling from the ceiling and behind the furniture, bugs of all kinds (dead and alive), lots of dirt on the floor, even garbage from other guests underneath the bed...all of this is a understatement. We didn't had any sheets, just 2 cloths. The bathroom was the same way and we only had cold water. The owner asked us to leave the shoes outside and of course we respected it, but the floor was so dirty that it was totally unconfortable to be barefoot.

Nice and Comfortable stay near the airport. Perfect place to stay when you arrive or before you leaving Srilanka. Clean rooms and comfortable. Host was great and good location. Perfect Breakfast
