"Peaceful night before early flight"

Very nice property, quiet, nice people. The host made us a nice dish for dinner. Packed us a breakfast for early flight.

This place is still a 15/20 mins ride from airport. There are no facilities nearby.

Disgusting breakfast consists of egg sandwiches with egg shells, tea, milk powder. Room was dirty, no fan, doors don't lock. Felt unsafe.

It was all perfect as a layover before heading to the airport. Ranjith in particular is a wonderful host, a very kind and welcoming man who helped me with all of me needs.

It was all good, but it's worth knowing if you try to get here by bus from Negombo it's a bit of a pain - the bus i took told me I was going to the right town, which wasn't true, and I ended up in a small town about 4km away. From there no tuk tuk driver wanted to help me. Fortunately I had pickme and could get someone to come, but then the roads to get there were non-existent, and finally I had to convince the (very kind) tuk tuk driver to carry on down the road because he didn't believe the hotel was there. Honestly, the location is perfect to get to the airport, but if you're planning to take a bus from Negombo, don't. Just get a tuk tuk and save the hassle. Just to make it clear, this is not a problem with the hotel itself, but it is worth knowing.

Good location near the airport. The room price is very cheap. The owner is very kind to solve our requirements and offer us more the milk tea.

No air condition, it may be uncomfortable under hot weather

The room are very big, clean and comfortable. Great spot to stay near the airport. Really easy spot to relax and staff very helpful. Amazing free breakfast available and good dinner.
