"All in all, good."

Its very close to the airport, breakfast was nice and the staff were all very pleasant.

The bathrooms didnt look like theh had been cleaned in a while.

The location of the hotel is little away from the city area. No shops or grocery is near.

"Passable, Not recommendable."

Only good thing about property was the owner, he was very helpful.

Location - Very remote Bathroom- lot and lots of spiders and bathroom was not clean at all. Room - Definitely there were bedbugs, room was not good at all at per room price. This is a passable property, not recommendable at all.

"Bang for your buck minus Cleanliness.."

The owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything good. He was very caring and engaging. Food was tasty. The place is surrounded by lot of greens. There's a nice paddy field near by-walking distance. It's 10 minutes by tuk tuk from the airport. Recommend if you are flying in and out of Sri Lanka. To get some rest after long flights, For one night, it's good place and price.

General Cleanliness of the room, bathroom. Can go further if Cleanliness is improved. The room was not swept. There were lot of cob webs. The bed sheets and pillow cases were not clean. Internet is not good in the room. It's ok in the living room. The place is further in from main road.

The host Mr. Ranjith Perera is very welcoming and accommodative. The rooms were clean and good. The beds were comfy. The place had beautif vibes. Kids enjoyed exploring the rustic look of the property and surrounds. Pick up and drop off was arranged. Communication is quick and excellent with clear instructions. Will be very happy to stay again and again. Keep up the good work, Mr. Perera.

It was very pleasant stay. Hope to come again for a longer stay. Check in and check out was smooth.
