"Great view ... but great mistake"

Great view. Friendly, helpful family. Nice Sri Lankan breakfast.

Had to go down 93 steps, through another house that was under construction. (To their credit, the host carried our 2 large suitcases down to the property, and back up on check out.) Unmodernised room. No hot water for shower - hardly warm. Compact room. Thin walls. No noise insulation so can hear neighbouring room. Booked for two nights. Checked out after one - sorry, couldn't wait to leave.

"Boa vista e mega simpatia."

Gostei da vista, do pequeno almoço e da simpatia dos funcionários. Foram são dúvida incansáveis e sempre disponiveis a qualquer hora.

Tem de se descer uma escadas para ir até ao quarto e existem obras mesmo ao lado do quarto.

"A little gem in Ella 🌿"

We stayed four nights at Blooming Rose B&B and it was one of our favorite stops in Sri Lanka. The views from our balcony are incredible, right between Little Adam’s Peak and Ella Rock, with views of "The Train" as it passes through the hill and Ravanna Falls. The setting was so calm and peaceful. We even got to see giant squirrels and mongoose in the surrounding trees and grounds. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The family who runs it couldn’t have been kinder. They looked after us so warmly and the food was delicious (the fresh fruit plates and dhal were our favorites!) It’s just a quick tuk tuk into Ella town, and perfectly placed between the two main hikes. A really special place that we’ll always remember, highly recommend for your Ella stay.

"Fantastisch"

Prachtig gelegen kamers, mooi verzorgd en proper met comfortabele bedden. We verbleven 3 nachten in 2 kamers met ons gezin van 5 personen. Je moet wel goed te been zijn om naar beneden en boven te lopen maar het uitzicht is adembenemend en de rust compleet. Je kan gemakkelijk naar Ella-centrum met de Tuk Tuk, de eigenaar heeft er zelf ook 1 en brengt je met plezier. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Een aanrader dus!
