Newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom unit in HBC #1

Great location, lots of options for awesome coffee shops and bars nearby. Location was quite and peaceful. Easy to access the property, smooth booking process. Owner is great and very helpful even helped us organise a taxi after our stay. Property is well looked after and maintained. Perfect for me and my friend to stay a couple of nights.

Shower was a little bit inconvenient as it would wet the whole bathroom area, limiting other bathroom use such as the toilet.

Location was excellent, very private, relaxing, quiet and spacious. Appreciate having access to a washing machine, Hosts are amazing to deal with. They recommend place to see and eat with direction, made contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Have recommended this location to a friend that will be coming to Korean in June.

Great price for accommodation in Seoul - in center, clean a spacious, great approach of the host (let us store our luggage which was very convenient for us as we had a night flight)

Smell from the drain pipes in the bathroom

The property was big enough for a family of four. The location is perfect! It’s a few minute walk to Iteawon. Shops and restaurants were around the corner. A minute walk to the subway station. Drink dispenser was a plus! The host was nice and easy to contact with. We highly recommend this property and would come back again.

The warm welcome and advises from Viktor. The great location, in HBC, walking distance from Itaewon, one bus stop to Myeondong, down to Namsan hill! Restaurants, pub and convenient store really close. The clean and comfortable beds and sofa. The good size for 3 people.

The living room without windows. The bad smell in the shower and scent vaporizers all around the apartment to hide it. It could be good to add a decent ventilation system and solve the sewer piping issue to solve this point. The first floor, almost in the basement, situation of the apartment in the house.

The house was really clean and comfortable. The location was perfect since we moved around with buses most of the times. The hosts were really friendly and even offered us to stay a bit longer on our check-out day. The house had everything we needed.

Convenient location with easy access to public transport bus and train and surrounded by convenience stores. Checking in and out a breeze. Water, crockery, utensils, washing machine and shower items were provided, even cooking oil! Hosts Joe and Viktor were very responsive and friendly. When the water dispenser ran out, thanks to Viktor who personally delivered and replenished 18.9-litre of water tank by himself within an hour.

Nothing except for the lockbox storing keys to unit which is not easy to open with even keying in with the correct passcode. Some efforts were required to unlock the lockbox especially checking in at night where visibility was low on a cold and dark night. But I appreciate the host Joe rushing down to check on this challenge so that we can check in successfully.
