Newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom unit in HBC #1

Beds are super big and super comfortable! Joe and Victor are super friendly and helpful.. Will definitely book again if i visit Korea next time.. Locarion is convinent with convinence store and food within walking distance.. Subway also 10mins away..

Loved the location & the apartment suited our family perfectly. The best asset of this property is Viktor - he was so quick to answer questions & I feel had we had any issues they would have been sorted immediately (we didn’t have any issues)

The apartment is nice and the host also, he asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. The beds are comfortable, you have a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. You can use the underfloor heating which is an amazing thing in Korea during winter. No smart tv but there is a chromecast. It’s maybe not the most modern accommodation but you’ll have everything you need during your stay. Not too far from Itaewon. Just good to know that in this area (Haebangchon) there are sloping streets. Overall it was a good place where to stay.

It is a great little place in HBC, in a smaller street away from the busy ones, offering a great base for exploring Seoul. Buses and subway in walking distance, so are some shops and restaurants.

As it is a more traditional older house the neighbours coming and going might be an issue for light sleepers.

The apartment was bigger than we expected. We had a group of 4 of us. And the accommodation was more than enough for all of us to chill out and relax. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Security was also very good. The management were very accommodating and helped us with any of our requests. To be honest they went above and beyond. Very welcoming and friendly to all of us. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other people. We had washing facilities, so we didn't have to bring alot of clothes (which made it easier to bring more things back). I totally recommend Viktor and Joe x We will definitely book again.. :)

The only issue we had was the smell from the bathroom. But I don't think that was anything down to the owners, I just think it was the pipework.

Lovely central location and it's very spacious. The rooms are huge. The beds a super comfy. Out host Viktor was genuinely lovely and extremely helpful. He went out of his way a lot for us and also gave us a lot of useful tips. He even helped us get our luggage to the road and into the taxi.

Nothing really. It was veey easy to live in this apartment for 2 weeks. Felt like home very quickly.

We arrived with a group of 4 people quite late in the evening, but the owner was very welcoming and tried to help in every possible way, even with every little thing, and his assistant kindly shared places worth going to for shopping, impressions and delicious food. Separately, I would like to note the speed of response to our questions. We believe that next time we will definitely return here! Convenient location, technical amenities and availability of literally anything to have fun, I really liked it all! The owner is very kind and sociable, which is also very pleasing. He is always happy to help with anything, even if it is not so easy to accomplish. We hope that we were good guests and did not cause any problems :) Thank you for these three wonderful weeks in Seoul!

I likes that the property was basically in the heart of seoul. Namsan tower is only 10 minutes away by car, Gangnam was 20 minutes & Myeongdong was also 10 minutes. Itaewon is a walk away and there’s all types of food/restaurants easily located.

The only downside of the property was that after a couple of flushes it would start to smell bad— i’m guessing the bathroom drain.
