Memo's Beach

Location is really good.

Our room had blood on the walls and bed sheets. There was a ton of mosquitos and no repellent nor mosquito net provided. Shower did not work properly and If you would turn on the hot water you would burn yourself as the water was boiling hot. The room was very dirty and extremely small with lot of ants and bugs everywhere. Customer service did not exist. No one even noticed us while we where there. We checked out the next morning because we arrived really late so had to suffer one night there. Next day we booked a new hotel.

On arrival, we were left sitting in the reception area for a long time even though we were the only guests. I think this property may have been very nice a few years ago but it is old and tired now. The room was damp and cool. We were there in mid January so not high season. The place nees a good paint and clean. The communication was poor. We had booked 3 nights but ended up only staying 2 nights. We had paid a non refundable payment but in all the travelling I have done over the last 16 years, I have never come across such poor communication and refusal to discuss a possible refund. The Manager continued to insist that I must talk to Booking.com and that he could do nothing. Booking.com assured me that it was up to Memo's to make the decision and the refund as they had taken the money. The Manager, who was not on site, was very irate with me on the phone and then refused to answer. To be honest, if he was honest and told me that unfortunately, this was not policy to refund or whatever his reason - I would have accepted it but he was completely unprofessional and kept fobbing me off and insisting that it was nothing to do with him and then refused to answer text/emails or phonecalls. Apart from that situation, i would not return to Memo's - it needs a complete overhaul if they expect to do a steady business going forward.

Le toit de la chambre vue mer avait été devasté par le cyclone malheureusement pour l'établissement. Cependant, au lieu de nous prévenir et d'être honnêtes, ils nous ont laissé nous déplacer jusqu'au lieu pour nous proposer une chambre beaucoup plus petite, et plus chère, même plus chère que le prix annoncé sur Booking. L'idée de ce message est d'avertir alors que les chambres vue mer semblent encore disponibles sur Booking.

Andere kamer dan die we geboekt hadden, veel geluid uit het restaurant (leek wel op ruzie tussen de manager en personeelsleden), geen schone badkamer, geen schone ontbijtspullen,

Direkt am Strand, entspannte Atmosphäre, coole Cabanas mit Balkon.

der Wasserdruck von Dusche und Waschbecken viel zu gering.

Està davant de la platge. He de dir que l hotel estaba afectat per el temporal del mes de novembre. El lloc és maco, però no estaba en condicions de rebre clients. Crec que haurien tingut q avisar de les circumstàncies.

Era molt difícil dirigir te al personal ja que no parla l angles

Очень красивые апартаменты с интерьером в стиле бохо . Красивое место, чистый пляж . Все необходимое до проживания с комфортом в апартаментах есть.

Не очень разнообразный завтрак . Но всего хватало

Zeer mooi bohemian thema hotel. Kamer was zeer gezellig, locatie van het hotel was prachtig. Toegang tot het strand was prachtig. Super vriendelijk personeel aanwezig!

Ontbijt en eten was ok. Ontbijt was eerder beperkt en als je iets later aankwam (binnen ontbijt uren), was het eten op of al wat koud geworden.
