The Room is nice.

Difficult to find the place. Even the owner sent me the wrong location from Whatsapp. No signboard. U need to ask the local neighborhood.

Very nice old big house in medina. In it you feel the spirit of Fez. Helpful hosts. Delicious dinner. Beautiful terrace. I very liked to stay there.

Weak wifi signal in the room. Sometimes it didn't work.

I really liked this place, I felt very welcomed and I was treated like a family member ! Mama Khadijah was very kind and nice with me! The riad feels very magical and mesmerizing! Like straight from 1001 nights stories, very magical and beautiful! I really liked my room with beautiful yellow sofas! And the delicious mint tea they made me! Thank you you made my trip to morroco very special

It was a bit hard finding the location, there were no signs. I had to ask people around, but it’s partially my fault, because they wrote to me a message asking if they should meet me personally at the Madina gate! But over all everything is great

😐if you are travel alone,it’s a budget place, what can you complain for few euro’s accommodation?however if you are 2 person you could just spend little bit more money for much better place , there are many good places in Fez

🙁facility is so so: 1-there is no heater so make sure you stay other seasons than winter, if you are afraid of cold, I got sick 2-shower and toilet is very small, hardly find space to turn around 🙃food: 1-I choose here because some comments says here has the best home cook.however, as I came to Morocco for 4 times I would say people who say so probably never eat good food here, it’s just so so even below my standard 2-food is very expensive here compare with a proper restaurant

Booking for triple room. Agreed groundfloor triple room and paid...then told upstairs warmer...this was a single box room and it had broken window with gap so it was cold breeze. On arrival in bedroom, there was obvious bedbug on linen. One blanket available so room cold Room was damp. Tile walls were visibly dirty. Room had ensuite toilet hole-in-floor with wooden door which didi not close..so sewer odours/germs exposed to bedroom. Breakfast served downstairs when owners decided, then they knocked door of bedrooms even though they did not tell you at checkin time of breakfast. Table and drinks glasses dirty. Breakfast consisted of small baguette, seed roll, slice cake, butter, 2 types honey, coffee in battered, dirty pot, tea in pot, no plates, dirty glass. Breakfast Floor carpet dirty. Breakfast room cold. The owner sat at breakfast table the whole time in silence except to try to get me to eat butter and honey that I did not want. Then at end of breakfast, the owner tried twice to get me to agree to visit the chaouara tanneries where he works even though I explained that I had been previously. Shared shower room first floor was so small that I could not use it. This was cheapest room available on booking.com in Fez with high review scores...I do not understand why scores high as my experience was very poor, completely unacceptable at any price and the reason why I left after 2 days (out of 4 paid for)

The location is really good, at the heart of Medina. Very close to the attractions you would like to go. The pickup service is nice. They will come out of the medina to pick you up. Given a newcomer will usually get lost in Fes Medina. This is really a big plus.

They try to let you eat in their hotel. However the food is really bad and the price is insane. Half the price, you might get a much better meal outside. The hosts don't speak good English, so even if I didn't order something they still served and charged. It's really surprising that so many comments are praising for the food here. I may be live in a different world. The room and especially the toilet is a little bit messy, I really don't know where they're 8.4 rating come from. Given the expense I spend here I could find a much better AIRBNB in the Medina.

Excellent Breakfast

The whole family is lovely, the owner was helpful, and his wife can make some good local dishes with good portions. The location is good, close to the tannery. The owner could help book tours if necessary.

It is very easy to miss the entrance on the street as there is no sign. The bathroom has a bad smell. The bed linen was not very clean. The family only spoke little English, so you need Google Translate to communicate.
