The breakfast was very good

I LIKED ONLY THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOMS AND THE ATMOSPHERE IN WHICH REPRESENTS MERELY THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE RIADS OF THE CITY OF FES.

I DID NOT LIKE THE BEHAVIOUR OF HOW WE GOT SCAMMED AND WERE CHARGED MORE THAN WE EXPECTED.

We had an overnight bus that put us in the city around 4:30 a.m. and we chose to book this location because they said that was ok. We are very grateful that they let us come at that time because most places don't, especially because ours was a last minute request. So the hospitality is 11 out of 10!

It was a bit difficult to communicate with English, but we figured it out in the end. However if you speak French or Arabic you will be fine. The facilities (toilet/shower) could use an update, and it smelled like cigarettes in our room and the common area.

The family atmosphere is good. You can relax on the rooftop with a good view.

Even if you make a reservation, the room is not decided. In the first room where I stayed for 2 nights, about 10 plastic bottles were left unattended. The last room I stayed in had very little Wi-Fi connection. Amenities and towels are not provided, so you need to bring your own. But it was a good stay, thank you.

we liked everything

My days here were perfect!! The family was incredibly good. They treated me like part of the family and there is no price to pay for that attention. The breakfast was perfect and they were always willing to help. I would not hesitate to stay there again

There was a bad smell in the bathroom i dont know why, but they could pay more attention to that
