Andora Nuwara Eliya

A lovely place with an amazing staff. We stayed for two nights, it was very rainy and my friend was not feeling well, they didn't stop taking care of her. They prepared delicious food for us and even offered Ayurvedic medicine. It felt like staying at your parents' house.

Lovely hosts, very helpful, nice breakfast and comfortable room.

Best staff we have found during our stay in Sri Lanka. Travelled with a kid and they made sure that we always had some fruits and milk in the fridge for her. Place was extremely clean and the hosts are warm.

It would’ve been more convenient if they had accepted card payment

Great service, the staff are very kind and friendly. The property is in a good location, with an excellent restaurant next door. As for the room, it is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area. They also provide a generous breakfast.

The water from the shower flows into the bathroom when you take a shower, and since it’s a humid area, the room stays damp or even wet all day.

Pradeep was always helpful, he made our stay comfortable. He gave us a quick transport from our previously (and wrongly) booked place within Nuwara Eliya. Later he made wonderful breakfasts, and we could always rely on him with our questions. The rooms were clean and nice.

Water was condensed on the inside of the windows every morning because of the cold and the fact that the windows are single-layered (non-insulated) glasses. This water also made some damage on the corners of the room, and in the bathroom (signs of mold, or salty walls can be seen). Mornings are pretty cold in the room due to lack of heating and heat insulation, but warm blankets were given to us to make ourselves comfortable with it.

Very clean, well equipped with slippers, dressing gowns and use of common facilities.

The room windows seemed to gather condensation somewhat. As we stayed for one night only it didn’t bother us and may be something quite common in the properties in the area due to the climate.

Beautiful place with a calm surrounding. Staff were very friendly.
