Andora Nuwara Eliya

There is a lot to like about this place! Very clean, comfortable beds, nice view to the pretty English-style garden, we were allowed to use the large sitting room which had big windows to the same garden. Delicious breakfast with fruit platter, omelette and toast. Location is great, walking distance from Victoria Park. Very quiet. Lovely host.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Breakfast can be improved. Limited sound proofing between the rooms - the property is like a BnB with multiple rooms connected to a shared corridor. There is a full kitchen but no cooking facilities are connected to electricity or gas so it is a bit pointless.

I liked pretty much everything! This property might not have the extra privacy that some travellers prefer as the dining area and the main hall is being shared. We didn’t have any problem with that all as there are still considerable space to feel peaceful and private. I would recommend to book all three rooms upstairs that would be fantastic for a group of 6 or 7 people.

Very clean and well-kept place with friendly hosts. The bathroom and bedroom had doors, but were only separated from the owner’s living area by a curtain, which made it feel a bit less private. It was a bit cold, so some heating would have been nice. Overall, it’s a good spot to sleep, and the hosts were very kind and attentive

The staff were extremely helpful and provided good knowledge of the area and activities available. They were also very empathetic when one of us got quite ill, they gave us some local medicine which really helped, thank you!

Bedroom was a little small & connected to living room which although was a big space wasn't very private.

Andora is an ideal place to stay when you’re visiting Nuwaraeliya. Apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms and living area. Bathrooms and rooms were clean and tidy

It's a wonderful house in a great location. A little outside of the busy centre but still close. The room was nice and clean and especially the common area has a fantastic view. It can get cold in Nuwara Eliya but there are enough blankets to keep warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and we even got a take away for a tour in Hortons Plain early in the morning. We felt very welcome. I would absolutely recommend to stay there!
